The 992 GT3 and 991.2 Speedster mark a drastic departure in exhaust configuration when compared with the last 15+ years of 911 GT3. Gone are the large side mufflers and nearly universal center muffler. The 992 platform has a gigantic and complicated center muffler that has the electronic valves built in. 

 

To find the best combination of weight, sound and performance is an incredibly subjective thing. With that in mind, we have created a modular system that includes the following:

-OPF Adapters (cone-shaped pieces with v-band attachment).

-Valve Sections (these look like the 997/991 valve sections, but accept the OE Electronic Valve Actuator, so your valves will operate just like stock).

-Muffler Replacement (many options to choose from, this will have the biggest impact on volume, drone, and tone).

 

 

With options for every driver, Dundon has the system for you! Everything from reliable, bomb-proof 321 Stainless Steel muffler, or our sublime Titanium Ultralight muffler to the insane Inconel 625 mini-crack pipe, you can pick the perfect pairing for your needs. 

 

These systems will be compatible with our forthcoming header system. Yes, you read that correctly: buy the cat-back, and you can add Dundon Headers later!

These 625 inconel inserts block the expansion chamber on the lower pathway, dramatically reducing the muffling effect. The combination of the titanium muffler with the loud inserts gives you the ultimate “have your cake, and eat it, too” exhaust. The quietest system we make at low-RPM, and one of the loudest when you mash the fun-pedal!

Inconel 625 is a nickel-based super alloy known for its incredible strength and durability, especially under intense heat. This strength allows us to use very thin material that just sneaks into the Titanium muffler inlet.

For a long time you had to sacrifice your street drivability if you wanted to upgrade to a motorsports damper. Not anymore! These dampers improve the 992 GT3's already formidable handling, while adding adjustability and forgiveness. We help make the car easier to drive at the limit and at the same time take that limit further.

 

This is a comprehensive package that comes pre-assembled for a hassle-free install. We have tailored two spring packages depending on your use case. Track Springs for drivers looking to improve their track performance, but also maintain a street-friendly attitude. Our Race Spring option gives the car more support needed when using stickier tires (like a Hoosier or Racing Slick) and enhanced aerodynamics.

These packages will allow for a precise and accurate alignment with a wide range of camber, toe and caster settings. They also remove rubber from the suspension system, improving steering feel and turning your GT3 into a razor-sharp, corner-carving monster!

From simple things like achieving an accurate corner balance (adjustable sway bar end links) to increasing front track width (inner lower control arms) and correcting caster (front tension arms) you can upgrade incrementally or all at once.

  • Lower Control Arms use extended studs allowing for more shims and increased negative camber.

1. Increased Negative Camber

Our LCA's are slightly longer, and feature high-grade, extended length studs. This design allows for a taller shim stack to achieve more negative camber than what is available from the factory Porsche part.

2. Improved Handling and Grip

Our LCAs allow your car to haver a wider front track width, pair that with an increase in negative camber and you will notice a better "bite" during turn in, improved stability and higher cornering speeds.

3. Precision and "Feel"

Our LCAs feature upgraded bushing, no longer do you have to worry about worn out rubber bushings, we use high-grade Teflon-coated spherical bushings. This removes the "slop you get from the rubber variants and allows for much more precise steering feedback.

These LCAs also feature adjustable caster pucks so that you can readjust your caster (adjusting the wheel forward/backward within the wheel well) while adjusting camber.

4. Better Tire Wear

Dialing in your camber with our LCAs means more even tire wear. Our parts prevent the outer shoulder of your tire from wearing prematurely and ensures a more even distribution of heat and wear across the tread.

When dialing in a track setup on modern GT Porsches, increasing negative camber is a great way to improve front grip and extend tire life. However, the stock tie rods limit how much camber is possible. Dundon Motorsports' Titanium Extended Length Tie Rod ends offer adjustable rods with extended length threads to allow for a more aggressive track alignment without the risk of too-little threads attaching to the steering rack. 

 

Titanium rod construction keeps unsprung weight down to improve steering feel and performance. We also use high-quality rod-ends, ARP high-strength bolts and spherical bearings paired with a 2-bolt titanium pinch clamp for easy install and adjustment.

GT cars come from the factory with fixed-length sway bar end links. When you change the ride height without adjustable links, you risk a "non-neutral" suspension due to sway bar preload and compromised geometry. When one side sits higher, the sway bar twists to connect, preloading the bar and causing uneven handling in left vs. right turns. Sway bars work best when their arms are parallel to the ground at rest.

 

Dundon's adjustable sway bar end links solve these issues:
  • Eliminates Preload: Adjustable links let you set the correct length during corner balancing, so the sway bar isn’t forced to twist to fit uneven ride heights.
  • Restores Predictable Handling: By removing preload, handling remains consistent in both left and right turns.
  • Maintains Proper Geometry: Adjustable links allow you to keep the sway bar arms parallel to the ground after lowering, preserving intended performance.

 

Dundon’s end links use premium FK rod-ends and spherical bearings, motorsport-grade design (including pinch bolts), and anodized billet aluminum for strength and lightness. They fit perfectly, are easy to install and adjust, and are built to last.

  • This is NOT an Impact Gun. Why does that matter? An Impact gun delivers high torque with hammer-like blows. An Impact Gun does not deliver a measured torque value. It hammers the fastener on “hard” without any accuracy. Impact guns are strictly prohibited from being used on Porsche road car center-lock nuts, as they can damage the nuts/threads.
  • The HYTORC LION (Lithium Ion) is a precision electric bolting system. It is pre-programmed with software specific to Porsche applications and provides smooth, precise torque application. No 6-foot torque wrench or torque multiplier needed!
  • Comes with a bespoke lever arm to keep the wheel in place during removal and installation of the lug nut. This removes any need for holding the brake pedal/steering wheel, making one-person wheel changes quick and easy!
  • The LION Gun can be manually operated to applications up to 700 ft-lbs.
  • Uses stock lug nuts and socket.
  • Use for Cup Center locks with a ¾“ to 1” socket adapter,  the gun torques in both directions!
