*NOTE ON PROVIDED BOLT LOCK PLATES*
We provide Upper camber bolt lock plates to positively set the knuckle position. These are in MM offset from center “0” .

With the camber eccentric moved with the bolt all the way in, and the knuckle all the way out. We refer to this as the “+5” position (Figure 10.). This is 5mm from the center where the Eccentric would be in the middle of the knuckle slot. The shims provided are 0,1,2,3,4,5. These can be oriented either way to allow +1/+2/+3/+4/+5 or -1/-2/-3/-4/-5 or centered at “0”.
We provide Upper camber bolt lock plates to positively set the knuckle position. These are in MM offset from center “0” .

On the 992 GT3RS the “0” position is the furthest most in you can go and still maintain full turning motion (Figure 11.). As you continue to move the knuckle in more, the knuckle will slowly start to contact the UCA at full lock. These are not recommended for street use, only RACE or CUP car use are recommended as the CUP has steering rack stops. The -5 position, (bolt all the way out, knuckle all the way in, will contact easily and only allows for about 60% of the steering movement such as for a CUP CAR (Figure 12.).

On the passenger side, the lock plates will show the number etched on them with the knuckle on the “-“ or inner position, more camber side. On the driver side the Lock plates with the numbers are on the outer or “+” or outer position, less camber side. The Lock plates can be flipped over to accommodate + or - from “0”. On the other side the number is not visible. We recommend using a sharpie to mark them if needed or if not documented on the alignment spec shee
NOTE ON PROVIDED BOLT LOCK PLATES
Insert the desired lock plate to start with. Sometimes it is easier to push the camber bolt out to get the lock plate in easier. The lock plates are a tight fit, so the easiest way to remove them is to push the camber bolt out just past the lock plate and then push the bolt back in and it will usually push the lock plate out. This is the “easiest” way we have found so far to remove them and swap them out while doing an alignment.

Put Nut on Eccentric bolt and torque to spec 65 Nm.
*PRO TIP*: While doing the alignment, we find it best to remove the upper brake duct guide (2 T30 screws) as it allows more room to get too the camber eccentric and lock plates.
